Principal's Message

Whether it is a waterfall, whether it is a river, or whether it is a stream, approach it with a sincere thirst in your heart and a little humility, a little curiosity and then only one can achieve real satisfaction. Our every attempt leads somewhere either to failure or success. Every attempt gives us something more or less. Achievements are the treasure of life and success is one of them. For achieving success and for winning in this competitive world one has to make oneself bold ,energetic and enthusiastic, display courage and confidence and also prove enterprising, seek opportunities and accept responsibilities ,select a challenging and worthy goal, ensure concerted effort on single objective, have faith in one self , self – respect and be resolute and do not stop, come what may till the destination is reached : mobilize your resources, get going and keep going.

"When discipline is sown, like a good seed, it yields a harvest of things that fulfills and satisfy us - a thing that makes us happy and release peace and joy in our life, Discipline is the defining fire by which talent becomes ability".

Discipline is very important in every walk of life, but its role is most useful in academic matters especially in institutions. It is the very fundamental necessity of an educational institution. Human efforts can bear good fruit only if the rules of discipline are carried on in a systematic way. Discipline means complete obedience of some order or rules. It is a quality that regulates the conduct of a man. Discipline should not be taken to mean the curtailment of ones liberty. On the other hand, it implies the exercise of liberty in a systematic way.

Teaching can be of no use unless the learners are in discipline. In fact the concept of good education and discipline goes hand in hand. Where ever discipline rules, the process of learning becomes easy, entertaining and truly instructive. My focus is to help the students to imbibe the value of self discipline rather than forced discipline. I am proud to say that the rules of conduct and code of honor of the JKPS are based on installing a sense of discipline in the students without infringing upon their natural traits. To quote Sardar Patel, the iron man of discipline. “Our country needs the trained and disciplined youth and not rabble of irresponsible hot heads”. I also earnestly believe in four phrases (Ps) necessary for accomplishment:-

  • Plan Purposefully
  • Prepare pertinently
  • Proceed Positively
  • Pursue Persistently

JKPS is the only institution where literary activities, physical activities and co-curricular activities go hand to hand for I believe that learning becomes vibrant when co-curricular activities are included in school life. The product of imagination is created when we get the required space, scope, environment and encouragement. So, I wish to owe the success of JKPS to our management for the patronage, advice, guidance and support they have extended to me from time to time and also providing the platform to me for reflecting my views according to my perception, inner strength, courage, originality and simplicity.

My special thanks to our worthy Chairman Mr Raj Daluja, who has been wonderfully supportive and whose keen interest in the school has made it possible that in such a short span of 8 Year J.K.PS has been able to establish itself as a premier institute with excellence, perfection, supremacy and where intellect joins hand with versatility and talent gives the message of wisdom.

I wish that the consistent efforts of the team of JKPS Panjtirthi will usher in an era of peace, goodwill and tranquility in our state and country and that ultimately will escort our children – our future towards a better tomorrow.
